Well-being coaching is an integrative and interdisciplinary coaching method designed to help you:

  • Overcome self-imposed limitations
  • Become and stay healthy, positive, inspired and productive
  • Become more mentally resilient
  • Increase self-understanding
  • Enhance stress-management strategies
  • Find deeper contentment in your life
  • Develop better body awareness
  • Swap negative behavioral patterns with positive ones

We utilize a scientific Anthropedia Coaching Method developed by the Anthropedia Foundation.  The Anthropedia Foundation is an educational organization that teaches individuals, professionals, and nonprofits ways to cultivate mental health and well-being in order to decrease rates of lifestyle- and stress-related illness.

This approach to well-being is a blend of Anthropedia educational program, the Know Yourself DVD series, Co-Active Coaching, and a wide variety of mind-body practices for well-being.  Anthropedia Wellbeing Coaching is person-centered and uses a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to well-being.
