With more than fifteen (15) years of international experience as a psychotherapist, I have successfully helped numerous clients who suffered from a wide spectrum of “unhealthy” emotions, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic stress. Mila is dedicated to helping her clients to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle, reshape their bodies and use them efficiently on a daily basis, increase body awareness, change their body image and improve self-confidence.
