Milates body for mind fitness classes is functional training that helps you develop a strong, confident and well-shaped body. Milates will quickly reshape your body, boost your energy, improve balance and flexibility and increase your overall wellness. This is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that will keep you challenged and entertained, as each session is unique and no fitness routine is ever the same. Milates body for mind fitness program is developed by Mila Apostolovic and it is her trademark in Canada.

Holistic personal training helps you achieve your fitness and wellness goals with sessions designed specifically for you, your lifestyle and your fitness level. Mila’s personal training is more than personal training. Combining knowledge and experience from personal training, holistic lifestyle coaching and yoga, Milates personal training is ideal for persons who do not like to work out in group settings or require more individual attention or simply have conflicts with the Milates online classes schedule. These private sessions are designed to fit your individual needs and are tailored to your specific body and fitness goals.
