About Mila Apostolovic

Fitness Specialist, Holistic Personal Trainer, and Well-being Coach

Mia is a renowned fitness and wellness professional with more than 20 years of international experience.

As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Group Fitness Leader, Exercise Coach, Well-being Coach, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher Mila has decades of hands-on experience in Serbia, Canada, and the USA.

Mila is passionate about educating and empowering others.

Online and in person, Mila has helped thousands around the globe to:

  • adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle
  • boost energy
  • reshape their bodies and use them efficiently on a daily basis
  • increase body awareness
  • change their body image
  • improve health and self-confidence

Mila has completed numerous advanced fitness and wellness certification courses, workshops and conferences, giving her the skills and prowess to establish and run her businesses successfully in multiple countries.

Mila’s love for physical fitness began in 1995 when she opened up her first club named Revitas in Belgrade, Serbia. During her time in Europe, Mila was a regular contributor and featured instructor for the daily fitness program broadcast on Serbian National Television. She has served as a mentor and instructor to students from the Faculty of Sport and physical education at the University of Belgrade and was a personal trainer to Her Royal Highness (HRH), Crown Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia.

In 2006, Mila’s passion for continuous improvement and advancement brought her to Toronto, Canada, where she developed and successfully built the Milates Body for Mind Fitness Program.

In 2014, following her heart, she moved to Chicago to join her partner in life and business, Marko Mihailovic. Together, they co-founded the Chicago Center for Well-Being.

In 2016 Mila founded MilaGlo, a holistic skincare line for healthy and naturally glowing skin.

Additionally, Mila enjoys developing new recipes, classical and jazz music, biking and learning about other cultures. Mila is in love with  Greece, France, and Italy.

Currently Mila is teaching:

  • In person group fitness and wellness classes for the members of Gilda’s Club Chicago and the staff of Lurie’s Cancer
    Center at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH)
  • Online live Milates Body for Mind fitness classes to the local and international clientele via Zoom (reliable online platform)
  • In person and online personal training sessions
